First, try to determine how much gear you expect your stroller to hold. Do you want to fit a diaper bag in the stroller’s storage basket, carry it on your shoulder, or do you plan to never take it with you? Will you want to put your coat or shopping bag in the stroller? Take a look at the size of the storage basket as well as any cup holders, trays, or other storage areas . It’s also important to check whether or not you can easily access the storage area. On some strollers, reclining the seat will make it difficult to access the basket.
Second, consider where you will keep the stroller when it’s not in use. Will it fit into your storage space, car trunk, garage or hallway? Knowing how easily the stroller can be folded and lifted will also impact where you keep the stroller.
