Monster Halloween Cookies 2011

Whether you are looking for a tasty treat for an upcoming Halloween party or a yummy way to use up your leftover Halloween M&Ms, these Monster Halloween Cookies are sure to be a hit with parents and kids!

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 Tbsp. Karo White
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter
  • 4.5 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 lb. of chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 lb. of chocolate candies
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

What to do:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix together the ingredients in the order listed above
  • Drop a spoonful of batter onto a cookie sheet and flatten
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until done (add 2 min. if using an air pan)
  • Enjoy!

    1. Love the Chalk in the rain idea! We live in the Washington area where it seems its always threatening to rain….so this would be a great idea when Dear Daughter gets bigger! writing this awesome idea down! ;)
