Is Santa on His Way?

December 22, 2010 Activities, Events, Holidays 14 Comments

If you or your kids still believe in Santa, we thought you would like the NORAD Santa tracker. It’s a fun way to get your kids excited about the upcoming holiday(as if they need any help!).

The site counts down the days  until Santa comes, has a Google Santa tracker and has all sorts of fun SantaVillage games such as Holiday crosswords, mazes, etc.

Check out the site with your children and watch the magic and delight of Santa light  up their faces.

What ways do you get your children exciting about Santa’s visit?

  1. I love this idea. The children are so teched out now that this will appeal to them. It still is not the real reason for the season, but it is still about a memory that will bring them happiness for many years. I am going to use this for my grandchildren.

  2. Wow! what a great idea, we will be checking this out today with both my little ones home! Thanks for the info!

I love this. I have 5 kiddos that will love it too! I am so gonna use this tomorrow night. Thanks a bunch!

  4. Awesome! I will show my son when he wakes up..and at 2 1/2 he asks if mommy Santa is comming! I hope he is thinking of Santa’s mom, not that he thinks I AM Santa. Geez!!

  5. This is a tradition in our house, wvery Christmas eve we follow where Santa is. My six year old son gets such a kick out of watching the little videos of Santa at his different locations.

  6. We love to track santa all day on Christmas eve. Then we prepare reindeer food using oats and glitter and we leave out a plate of cookies with some milk for santa as well as some carrots for his reindeer. Christmas is so magical with kids!

  7. My child spent half of Christmas Eve glued to the NORAD site. He even spoke with an “elf”. I LOVE that there are people willing to volunteer to do this. What an awesome thing to do. I also love the story of how NORAD started tracking Santa. Check it out on their website. It’s a really neat story.
