When one child comes down with the flu, you definitely don’t want the rest of the family to get sick. Here are some tips that will help keep the rest of the family healthy!

  • Make sure everyone washes their hands frequently, with soap and warm water
  • Teach your kids to cough and sneeze into their elbow, this will help stop the germs from spreading
  • Keep sharing to a minimum; make sure everyone has their own cup
  • Make sure you disinfect all remotes, phones, and toys that may have come in contact with your sick child

Last but not least make your little one some chicken noodle soup!
