Kolcraft – Always Finding Ways To Be Green & Help Kids
Kolcraft knows how important it is to care for our earth and make it the best place for our children to live so we are constantly finding big and small ways to go green. Two ways that we have been able to give back to our earth are:
- Through our paper recycling and shredding program we saved 26 trees in 2010.
- Through our recycling pen program at Garvey’s we are able to reduce landfill waste and help raise money for autistic children.
We love that each employee and our company culture supports giving our children a better future.

I enjoy being green to improve quality of life and to save our family loads of money!
What an awesome way to give back
My daughter isn’t old enough to understand yet but when she can, we plan on teaching her all about green living and why it’s important! We want to raise socially responsible children who care not only for their welfare but the welfare of others also.
So cool! Me and my kids go for walks a lot and we pick up the cans that we see along the way. It has kinda become a game with me boy and it helps him to earn a little money too!
I think it is awesome that businesses are trying to help the Earth by recycling and creating less waste. We recycle everything we can at our home and it really helps cut back on the stuff that ends up at the dump. Thanks!
being green is part of our family and its always good to hear that others are trying too.
my son is 3yrs old now and we’re trying to show him about recycling.
Thanks!!
Not only do I love the quality of Kolcraft products but now I feel even better purchasing them and backing a company that recognizes the importance of “going green.” Thanks again for recognizing the importance of our children.
My son (who’s 2) enjoys carrying out items to our recycling bins for me. We also use reusable bags every chance we get. I appreciate Kolcraft doing their share to help the environment.
