Flu season has hit with a vengeance this year. Children are particularly susceptible to the flu, but outside of keeping your child away from everyone on the planet what else can you do to prevent the flu or at least lessen the impact? These 5 tips can help keep you and your kids healthier and happier.
Sometimes mealtimes with kids means a lot of half eaten food. We decided to see what leftovers would freeze into “snack drops”. We took half eaten food pouches and leftover veggies that we blended. We placed them on wax paper (just like if you were making your own yogurt drops) and froze them for a few hours.
