I like to do workout videos. My favorite video during pregnancy is Fit Mama.

I love to walk to keep in shape. I walked until my last week of pregnancy with my first baby, but with my second I had to take it easy and gained more weight/lost muscle.

Walking is so great to keep in shape. Fresh air has the added benefit of putting us in a good mood. πŸ™‚

I am needing to get my pregnancy self in gear now in the new year! I would love to walk – but with winter weather, I cannot go outside. I’m going to try to slowly start working out on the elliptical again.

Thank you for all the wonderful sites to explore!
