To determine which instruction sheet matches your product, locate the date of manufacturer sticker on the product.

MODEL NUMBER AND DATE OF MANUFACTURE CAN BE FOUND:

    Activity Center - on base
    Baby Carrier - fabric tag
    Bassinet - on metal tubing
    Booster Seat - fabric tag inside bag
    Bouncer - fabric tag underneath seat
    High Chair - underneath seat
    Playard - on playard foot
    Rocker - on bottom of metal tubing
    Stroller/Carrier - on rear leg or fabric tag on back of seat
    Swing - on bottom of metal tubing
    Walker - on base ring or underneath top tray

Printed next to "model number or style number" is a five-digit code followed by two or three letters. After locating the five-digit code in the pull down menu, click on the open button to open the instruction.
