Can I purchase directly from your website?
No, we do not sell direct to consumers at this time. The Where to Buy section of our website will direct you to a retail location.
Are our strollers recyclable?
We currently do not have a recycling program for stroller. You may contact a recycling facility in your area to see if it or any baby gear can be recycled. Otherwise, we do recommend that you remove all labels and straps from the stroller before discarding.
What is the best way to care for my stroller?
Please refer to the Care and Maintenance portion of your owner’s manual and follow the directions listed. This will help with your stroller’s performance and life span.
How do I register my product?

I am missing/have damaged parts. How can I receive a replacement?
Our Consumer Services Department is more than happy to assist you with this.
How long does it take to receive a part once it has been ordered?
If the part is in stock, it will be mailed via US Mail or UPS within a 24 hour period. Depending on the destination, it should be received within 7 business days.
What type of payment is accepted for orders?
You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover for online, telephone, or mail orders. Check or money orders are also acceptable payments by mail. Payment must be in US Currency.
