Ranger, Model 46720 and Ranger Quattro, Model 46721

Potential Problem: In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Kolcraft Enterprises, Inc. is voluntarily recalling its Ranger and Ranger Quattro Lightweight Strollers. Lock mechanisms, located on both sides of the stroller, could break when closing these strollers for storage which would make it impossible to properly set up the product in the future and create a potential pinch point hazard.

Number of Units Recalled: 25,500 strollers

Date Produced: December 1999 - June 2000

Retail Price: $ 80 US Dollars

Solution: If you own an effected Ranger or Ranger Quattro Lightweight Stroller, please contact Kolcraft for a free side-lock retrofit kit. Examine your side-locks before installing retrofit kit. Kit will not fix a broken side-lock. Until you have received your kit, please stop using the stroller
