Tot Rider Walker with Electronic Toy Tray or Toy Bar

Potential Problem: In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Kolcraft Enterprises, Inc. is voluntarily recalling its toy attachments on baby walkers. The flower toys on the baby walker's tray can detach from the stems, exposing sharp edges and posing a laceration hazard to young children.

Model Number Affected: 14401-OT, 14303-AC, 14303-CC, 14303-LB, 14303-UE, 14304-LJ

Number of Units Recalled: 410,000

Date Produced: 14401 Through July 2002, 14303 and 14304 through August 2002

Retail Price: $20 - 40 US Dollars

Solution: If you own one of these walkers, please contact Kolcraft for a free replacement toy. Remove your original toy bar or Music Center tray and discard. You can continue to use your walker until your replacement toy bar or Music Center tray arrives.
