During a product launch or final stages of development, we look to moms & dads to take our new products for a test drive. To give us their honest opinion of what works, what doesn’t, what they love, and features they think can use a little improvement!
Recently released products are yours to keep. We’ll ask for your feedback, perhaps reviews, and hope you’ll share your discovery with other parents on your social channels. Some items will still be in development so we’ll need them back but compensate you for your time and feedback.
With new items in development or improvements in the works for those already in the marketplace, we always are looking for your insight on product names, features, and designs. Brief surveys are sent to our Mom Matters community via email, you can choose to participate or take a pass based on your interests. As a thank you, you’ll be entered in gift card drawings for our retailers like Amazon, Target, and more!
Long before we get to the development of a product, we need parents and/or babies to give us their feedback. Test sessions are held in our Chicago office and held with engineers and designers. All testers and focus groups are compensated for their time.
Our corporate office is located in the beautiful West Loop of Chicago. We are ALWAYS looking for parents and babies around the Chicagoland area.
Ready to see your kiddo on product packaging and videos? We have regular casting calls for both babies and parents, we can never have too many smiling faces! Participants are compensated at $75/hour and we do our best to work around your naptime.
