During a product launch or the final stages of development, we invite moms and dads to test drive our new products. Then, we ask for your honest opinion. For example, tell us what works, what doesn’t, what you love and what could use a little improvement.
If we’ve recently released the product, it’s yours to keep. In return, we’ll ask for your feedback and possibly a review. We also hope you’ll share your discovery with other parents on social media. However, some items will still be in development, so we’ll need them back. In that case, we’ll compensate you for your time and feedback.
We’re always developing new items and improving the ones already on shelves. As a result, we want your insight on product names, features and designs. We email brief surveys to our Mom Matters community, and you choose which ones to take. As a thank you, we’ll enter you in gift card drawings for retailers like Amazon, Target and more!
Long before we develop a product, we need feedback from parents and babies. For this reason, we hold test sessions with our engineers and designers at our Chicago office. In addition, we compensate all testers and focus group participants for their time.
Our corporate office sits in Chicago’s beautiful West Loop. Because of our location, we’re ALWAYS looking for parents and babies in the Chicagoland area.
Want to see your little one on product packaging and videos? We hold regular casting calls for both babies and parents, because we can never have too many smiling faces! We pay participants $75 per hour, and we do our best to work around naptime.
